1. Purpose
These terms establish the basic rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions and procedures governing use of Phoenix AI (the “Service”), a financial AI agent service for institutions and businesses provided by Alpsoft Inc. (the “Company”).
2. Definitions
- “Service” means all services through which the Company provides Korean stock market data, including news, prices, financials, electronic disclosures and AI stock briefings, through REST APIs.
- “User” means a member who agrees to these terms and uses the Service, and applications operated by that member.
- “API key” means a secret identifier issued by the Company for user authentication and call-volume management.
- “Content” means all data, text, summaries and metadata provided through the Service.
3. Effect and amendment of the terms
These terms take effect when posted in the Service. The Company may amend them within the bounds of applicable law and will give advance notice within the Service, specifying the effective date and reasons. Users who do not agree to amended terms may terminate their service agreement.
4. Provision of the service
- The Company uses its own technology to collect, clean, summarize and synthesize public data, including publicly available market information, news reports (with the publisher identified for each article) and public electronic disclosures from the Financial Supervisory Service’s DART system, and provides it through APIs.
- “AI stock briefings” are reference materials in which AI combines and summarizes public information.
- The Service’s features, endpoints, quotas and pricing policies are as published in the Service and documentation. The Company may change them for operational or technical reasons.
5. Service agreement and API keys
- A service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these terms, applies through the Company’s prescribed process (such as email account verification), and the Company accepts the application.
- API keys may be used only by the user or their organization. Users are responsible for keeping keys secure and for calls, charges and losses arising from key exposure.
- An API key is displayed only once when issued. The Company stores only its hash. Lost keys must be reissued.
6. Fees and payment
- Free trial plans are for evaluation and personal use only; commercial use is not permitted. Free plans have daily call quotas and per-minute rate limits.
- Commercial and high-volume use (Enterprise) is subject to a separate quotation and agreement. Fees, quotas and SLAs are defined in individual agreements.
- Pricing policies may change during the beta period, with advance notice.
7. User obligations and prohibited conduct
Users must not engage in any of the following:
- Bypassing the Company’s daily quotas or per-minute rate limits, including through multiple accounts or keys.
- Copying, storing, reselling or redistributing the Service or Content without authorization, or providing it to third parties to build identical or similar services, except as permitted by contract.
- Identifying or tracing the Service’s data sources, or analyzing or reconstructing the Company’s collection, cleaning or synthesis methods (see section 8).
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, abnormal automated bulk collection (crawling or scraping), or disrupting operation of the Service.
- Violating laws or these terms, or infringing the rights of the Company or third parties.
8. Intellectual property and data sources
- Intellectual property rights in the Service and Content belong to the Company or the legitimate rights holders. Users may use Content only within the scope of their agreement.
- The methods, algorithms, pipelines and original data sources used by the Company to collect, select, clean, process, summarize and synthesize data are trade secrets. The Company does not disclose them. Users must not identify, trace or attempt to trace original sources from response data.
- Attribution such as a news article’s publisher identifies copyright ownership; it does not describe the Company’s data aggregation or processing methods or collection channels.
9. Disclaimer and investment notice
- All data, summaries and AI briefings are provided for investment reference. They are not investment advice, recommendations, trading signals or guarantees of returns. Users bear sole responsibility for investment decisions and their outcomes.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of Content. Public data may be delayed, incorrect or incomplete.
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions or delays caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, circumstances affecting upstream data providers or system maintenance.
10. Changes, suspension and restrictions
The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons. If a user violates these terms or applicable laws, the Company may suspend or revoke API keys or terminate the service agreement without prior notice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or Content, including investment losses, business losses and data loss.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes relating to use of the Service are subject in the first instance to the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s registered head office.
Supplementary provisions
These terms take effect on June 18, 2026.
